Heino Wiese was appointed Honorary Consul

Heino Wiese was ap­poin­ted ho­no­rary con­sul in Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony) by the em­bassy of the Russian Federation and the go­vern­ment of lo­wer sa­x­ony. In his new po­si­tion he sees him­self to act as me­dia­tor bet­ween the na­ti­ons. He will con­cen­trate on cul­ti­vat­ing the his­to­ric and eco­no­mic evol­ved con­tacts.
