Gala Dinner in Bad Pyrmont

Former Federal Chancellor Gerhard Schröder hosted a Gala Dinner in Bad Pyrmont with 170 guests. In commemoration of Tsar Peter the Great´s visit to Bad Pyrmont, two sculptures, designed by Bertrand Freiesleben, of him and the philosopher Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz (with whom he met on that occasion), were officially presented to the city of Bad Pyrmont. Schröder reminded the audience that events like these, in particular in difficult times, are a tribute and active contribution to dialogue and peaceful coexistence.
