is the foun­der of the com­pany and be­ne­fits from many ye­ars of ex­pe­ri­ence. He has com­pre­hen­sive know­ledge, as well as, a broad ar­ray of con­tacts in the fields of trade, in­dus­try and the po­liti­cal en­vi­ron­ment in Germany and in­ter­na­tio­nally. Heino Wiese was a Member of the Bundestag (Lower House of German Parliament) be­fore ac­cep­t­ing re­s­pon­si­bi­lity as Director of Export in the Management of the in­ter­na­tio­nal fa­shion com­pany s.Oliver. He is a board mem­ber of the German‐Russian Forum e. V. as well as an ac­tive mem­ber of se­veral or­ga­niza­t­i­ons, de­di­ca­ted to the im­pro­ve­ment of re­la­ti­ons bet­ween Germany and Eastern‐European coun­tries.

is Managing Director at Wiese Consult GmbH since the be­gin­ning of 2015. Since 2011, he worked as Senior Consultant for the com­pany and was de­ployed tem­pora­rily on in­ter­na­tio­nal pro­jects in Germany, the Russian Federation, as well as in Eastern Europe. From 2008 to 2010 he worked as a fre­e­lance con­sul­tant in German-Russian re­la­ti­ons and ope­ra­ted in the field of Eastern European stu­dies. Before that he was ac­tive in head­hun­ting for phar­maceuti­cal cli­ents. He holds a PhD in Political Science and Master Degree in International Cultural and Business Studies.

is Head of the Business Unit “Russia/ CIS”at Wiese Consult GmbH. She Joined Wiese Consult in 2008 as a Consultant. She is spe­cia­li­sed in po­liti­cal ana­ly­sis, stu­dies and event ma­nage­ment. Ms. Boryayeva holds a Diploma in Cultural Studies (Tashkent, Uzbekistan/ Berlin, Germany) and a MBA. Before joi­ning Wiese Consult, she li­ved and worked in Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation and Germany. She is na­tive in both, German and Russian, as well as being flu­ent in English.
